Seasoned lightly smoked beef carpaccio obtained from the round steak of salted meat. Served thinly sliced. Lightly smoked and spiced raw beef. Excellent for antipastos, served with a drizzle of oil and toasted pine nuts.

The product must be consumed sliced and does not contain allergens, gluten, milk derivatives and GMOs.
